- Día de llegada: 30 de noviembre (acreditación 10:00–19:30).
- Competencia: 1 al 6 de diciembre.
- Día de salida: 7 de diciembre.
- Lugar de juego: Hotel Dorados Conventions & Resorts, Oaxtepec, Morelos.
Reglas Generales & Elegibilidad
- Evento regido por las Leyes del Ajedrez FIDE y el Reglamento Juvenil Regional de la CCA.
- Categorías: Absoluta U20 y Femenina U20.
- Edad: nacidos después del 1 de enero de 2005.
- Federaciones elegibles: México, Canadá y Estados Unidos.
- Todos los jugadores deben ser inscritos oficialmente por su federación nacional.
Formatos y Ritmos de Juego
Estándar (Clásico)
- Sistema Suizo, 9 rondas.
- Ritmo: 90 min + 30 seg.
- Válido para Títulos Internacionales y rating FIDE.
Blitz U20
- Abierto a todos los jugadores elegibles por edad.
- Ritmo: 3 min + 2 seg.
- Cuota: US$30. Válido para rating FIDE Blitz.
Premios, Derechos y Títulos
Títulos Directos y Normas (Absoluto y Femenino)
- 1er Lugar: IM/WIM + norma GM/WGM.
- 2do & 3er Lugar: FM/WFM + norma IM/WIM.
- Trofeo y medalla 1°, 2°, 3° en Estándar y Blitz.
- Campeones: derecho personal a próximo Panamericano Sub-20.

General Regulations & Eligibility
- Under FIDE Laws of Chess & CCA Youth Regional Event Regulations.
- Sections: Open U20 & Girls U20.
- Age: born after January 1, 2005.
- Eligible Federations: Mexico, Canada, USA.
- All players must be officially registered by their national federation.
Event Formats & Time Controls
Standard (Classical)
- Swiss, 9 rounds.
- 90 min + 30-sec increment.
- FIDE rated & title-eligible.
Blitz U20
- Open to all eligible U20 players.
- 3 min + 2-sec increment.
- Fee: US$30. FIDE Blitz rated.
Prizes, Rights & Direct Titles
- 1st: IM/WIM + GM/WGM norm.
- 2nd & 3rd: FM/WFM + IM/WIM norm.
- Trophy & Medal 1–3 in Standard & Blitz.
- Champions: personal right to next Pan-American U20.
